How fresh is your coffee?
Very. We roast in small batches and ship quickly so your beans arrive at peak freshness.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — we offer free local delivery within 20 miles of the shop when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes. We ship across the U.S., and orders over $40 ship free.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Pickups are available at:

Tuesdays 7am–6pm and Saturdays 7am–12pm
Do you offer a coffee subscription?
Yes. You can subscribe to many of our most popular coffees or choose the Roaster’s Choice Subscription and have fresh coffee delivered automatically.
Do you grind coffee beans?
Yes, we can — but we strongly recommend whole beans.
Grinding right before brewing is essential for flavor and freshness. If you really need your coffee ground, just leave a note on your order.
Do you sell coffee drinks or espresso?
No — we don’t serve brewed coffee, espresso, or cold brew. We’re a small-batch roasting shop, not a café. Our focus is roasting exceptional beans for you to brew at home.

What roast level do you offer?
We roast our coffees to Full City Roast — Jeremy’s signature profile. One French Roast is available for folks who love smoky and smooth.
What is a Full City roast?
Full City is a beautifully balanced roast level:

just past “first crack” but not into dark/ashy territory
It preserves character and sweetness without going smoky or bitter.
Do you offer light roast?
No, we specialize in Full City Roast, which delivers Jeremy’s ideal balance of body, sweetness, and clarity. The exception is one French Roast.
What does small-batch roasting mean?
It means we roast in intentionally small quantities to manage flavor development, consistency, and freshness. No mass production — just quality.
How long does freshly roasted coffee stay fresh?
Whole beans are best within the first couple of weeks after roasting. Store them in a cool, dark place in an airtight container — not in the fridge.
Do you offer decaf coffee?
Yes. Our decafs are water-processed and roasted to the same standard for full flavor without caffeine or harmful chemicals.
How quickly do you ship after roasting?
We roast frequently and ship promptly so your order reaches you while the coffee is still at its best.
Can I customize my subscription?
Yes — you can adjust frequency, change varieties, skip shipments, or cancel anytime through your account.
Sourcing & Packaging FAQs
Are your coffees ethically sourced?
Yes. We source from growers around the world who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and fair practices.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We avoid foil bags and use packaging designed for freshness and environmental responsibility. Our bags are compostable, just remove the top wire-tie closure. Our shipping boxes and labels are made with recycled paper and are fully recyclable.
