Ten Dollars per pound are donated to the Immigration Law Center of Minnesota.

About the Blend
At its foundation is Papua New Guinea, bringing a luxuriously creamy body with notes of warm butter and caramelized sugar—like the crisp golden edges in a pan. Layered in is a classic semi-washed Brazil, adding structure and depth with peanut-like nuttiness and dried dark fruit. Completing the blend is a natural Ethiopia, bursting with vibrant fruit character, blueberry and strawberry sweetness and a red wine-like richness.
Together, these coffees balance one another beautifully. The Brazil and Papua New Guinea provide a grounded base that is rich, smooth, and steady, while the Ethiopia brings brightness and movement, adding clarity and lift without overpowering the blend. Every component plays its part, creating a cup where nothing competes and everything belongs.
